• Terry Connors, Ph.D., C.Psychol. is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Coaching Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society with over 30 years experience in business, education and private practice. He is a Member of the BPS Division of Academics, Researchers and Teachers in Psychology, and Associate Member at the Faculty of Leadership and Management. As Director of Education and BPS Assessor for Occupational and Educational testing, he directs and lectures on the company's programs in Occupational, Educational and Forensic psychology. His professional interests are in coaching psychology, personality psychology, neurodiversity, psychological assessment, and psychological health and wellbeing.

• John Lalor, IACP, C. Psychol. is a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Psychotherapist with the Irish Institute of Counseling and Psychotherapy. Trained in clinical psychology, organisational psychology and psychotherapy, John has over 20 years experience in educational and forensic assessment as well as in the corporate sector in the design & delivery of workplace wellbeing, resilience, and mental health awareness programs. As BPS Assessor for Forensic Testing, he currently directs and lectures on the company's programs in forensic and clinical assessment. His professional interests are in coaching psychology, neurodiversity, psychopathology, personality disorders, psychological assessment and psychological health and wellbeing.
