Module 4: Facilitating Strategic Change (2 Days)

Developing Strategy: Purpose, motivation, reward, resources, self-efficacy and resistance to change. Holistic Change: Body, emotion, feelings, thinking, intuition. The Psychometrix CORE+ Model: Create, Organise, Relate, Engage + Outcomes.

DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL & EXECUTIVE COACHING (Modules 1 - 5) €2,750

Module 5: Coaching Ability, Careers, Values and Personality (4 Days)

(Confers the BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing, TUOAP)

Our Advanced Diploma provides you with certified training in Occupational Testing, including administration, scoring/interpretation, analysis, feedback, reporting and coaching

using tests of cognition, career interests, personality and motivational values for executive and

personal development, including: 

• Ability and Attainment Assessment and Coaching to identify your client's key cognitive skills

      and styles, as well as specific aptitudes for specific roles and occupations

• Career Development Assessment and Coaching with the Occupational Interest Profile (OIP+),

       a comprehensive assessment of 8 career interests and 8 personal work needs based on the

       5-Factor model, and linked the industry-standard database of occupational profiles

• The Personality & Values Questionnaire (PVQ), based on Cattell's 16PF model, is the most

       up-to-date innovation in personality assessment for coaching, providing an in-depth, 

       comprehensive psychological profile of your client, including standardised scores on 21

       behavioural traits, 12 motivational values and key data on your client's preferred Leadership,

       Team, Subordinate and Influencing orientations.

ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL & EXECUTIVE COACHING (Modules 1 - 6) €3,750

Module 6: Coaching Personality Spectrum and Neurodiversity for Psychological Wellbeing (3 Days)

(Confers the BPS Certificate of Competence in Forensic Testing, CCFT) 

The course provides certified training in coaching personality spectrum and neurodiversity for

personal effectiveness and psychological health and wellbeing. The training includes core skills

in administration, scoring, analysis, feedback, reporting and client coaching using assessments of personality spectrum (Normal to Disordered) and neurodiversity (dyslexia, ADHD), including:
