The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1) is an 18-item self-report questionnaire designed to

assess Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD

) symptoms in adults (18+).

This scale is based on the World Health Organization Composite International Diagnostic

Interview (2001). The ASRS scale is useful for screening and diagnosis of ADHD among adults 18+ and should be used in conjunction with a clinical interview to provide additional clinical information.

​The Executive Skills Questionnaire–Revised (ESQ–R) is a 25-item, self-report measure of executive functioning skills, including plan and time management, organization, and emotional and behavioral regulation. 

The Vanderbilt ADHD Diagnostic ParentRating Scale (VADPRS) is a 55-item parent-report measure

designed to assess symptoms ofAttention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and common

comorbid conditions in children aged 5-12 years of age (Wolraich et al., 2003).

​The Comprehensive Autistic Trait Inventory (CATI) is a 42-item self-report questionnaire designed

to assess traits and characteristics relevant for the identification of adults with Autism.  The CATI

was intentionally developed as a neurodiversity affirming questionnaire.

The Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale – Revised (RAADS-R) is an 80-item self-report questionnaire designed to identify autism in adults (18 years or older). Developed by Ritvo et al. (2011) as a revision of the original RAADS, it was created to address the growing need for validated assessment tools specifically designed for adult populations, where autism presentations may differ from those typically seen in childhood.

The abbreviated Life Skills Profile (LSP-16; Rosen et al., 1989) is a clinician-rated assessment that contains 16 items which provide a key measure of function and disability for people with mental illness. The focus of LSP-16 is on the person’s general functioning, i.e. how the person functions in terms of their social relationships and ability to do day-to-day tasks.
